We are looking for bright, well motivated individuals to becoming part of our team. We currently have openings for the following positions:

Inside Sales Administrator (Irvine, CA)

Service and Application Engineer (San Jose, CA)

Equipment Test Engineer (Allentown, PA)
Equipment Service Technician (Allentown, PA)

Inside Sales Administrator:

DESCRIPTION:

This Inside Sales Administrator will work closely with our clients to provide technical information, quotes, quote follow ups, sales closures and expand the customer base. This position will also cooperate with outside sales team to help provide support and assistance when needed to secure sales goals.

This candidate must have prior experience in a sales/office environment as well as excellent communication, organization, time management and customer service skills. This full-time person will work independently, be self-motivated and willing to be challenged in a fast paced and dynamic industry.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to client specific requests for pricing and technical information
  • Generate accurate quotes and provide to clients highlighting key features on the product data sheets
  • Process purchase orders for order fulfillment and accounting invoicing
  • Troubleshoot order issues and expedite requests for materials with help from supervisor
  • Coordinate with the corporate office to ensure products arrive as scheduled
  • Follow up call for client satisfaction
  • Call existing customers, incoming leads and potential customers regarding product solutions
  • Support sales engineers on large programs and projects

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent computers skills (pc or mac) and familiarity with a CRM database as well as MS Office, MS Word & Outlook
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Punctual
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Experience processing international orders and shipments
  • Ability to solve logistic problems and local customs items
  • Well-organized, effective and detail oriented
  • Amazing with people
  • Mandarin speaking a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience inside sales for technical products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Associates’ or Bachelor's degree (A.A./A.S./B.A./B.S.)

Service and Application Engineer:

DESCRIPTION:

Chroma ATE, Inc., a world leading supplier of Test, Measurement, Inspection and Automation solutions is expanding their team in North America and around the world. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Test and optimize automated equipment in field of semiconductor.
  • Communicate and discuss with customer with testing application upon automated equipment.
  • Determine materials, equipment, and installation sequences necessary to maximize installation efficiency 
  • Determine diagram layouts, orientation, locations, facility requirements, and building features for equipment installation 
  • Assist the kits design and design review of the implementation.
  • Activate equipment and verify system functionality to conform to performance expectations 
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical motor/pneumatic systems
  • Perform calibration, installation, configuration, and recipe tuning of automated equipment
  • Identify equipment deficiencies, HW and SW, or safety issue and feedback to technical team
  • Identify equipment design/assembly issues and feedback to technical or production teams
  • Provide education training of system operation, maintenance, and calibration
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Maintain preventive maintenance schedule and keep service records
  • Provide operator training for daily operation and preventive maintenance
  • Provide technical support to sales including system demonstration, specifications, and limitations

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Electrical or Mechanical background
  • Computer peripheral knowledge
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings & schematics with trouble shooting/debug.
  • Ability to perform certain work load with hand tools
  • Bachelor's in a technical field (BSME, BSEE, BSCS or Industrial Technology)

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Bilingual – English/Mandarin
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented
  • SW language knowledge like C++/Python/MATLAB or Labview.
  • Thermal equipment control and knowledge
  • Equipment Installation/Service/Maintenance Experience
  • 3+ years on relative job function and experience

Equipment Service Technician:

DESCRIPTION:

  • Troubleshoot or repair electrical and pneumatic systems
  • Identify equipment deficiencies and feedback to technical team.
  • Identify safety issues on equipment and feedback to management.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and keep service records.
  • Provide technical supports to sales including system demonstration, specifications, and limitations.
  • All other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Electrical or mechanical background
  • Adaptability to work assignment background
  • Basic computer/administrative skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Bilingual – English/Mandarin
  • Equipment service & troubleshooting skills
