Chiplet Summit 2025

Chiplets have become the standard way to design very large chips at very small dimensions. They let designers partition a chip, reducing manufacturing costs, and then reassemble it with high-speed connections. They also let designers update parts of a chip or combine parts from different process steps. Designers can even buy chiplets as IP or from libraries or application stores. The Summit will help designers create top-performing chips for analytics, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and AR/VR.
