Position: Senior R&D Engineer
Job Description:
-Develop architectures of high-speed pulse generation circuits/products that can be applied to ram tests on
wafer in semiconductor, including AWG (Arbitrary Waveform Generator) and DAQ (Data Acquisition) products.
-Test and improve the settling time of the high-speed PMU (Pulse Measurement Unit).
-Build up prototype of Pulse IV (current- voltage) generation/measurement module and integrate it with the parametric test system.
-Carry out system modeling, simulation, and analysis.
-Design schematic and test and debug PCB assembly boards.
-Co-work with headquarters R&D team, including design transfer, training, and support.
Qualification and Require:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 18 months’ experience in job offered or as a Technical Manager or a R&D Technical Manager.
- Experience in developing new architecture of high-speed function generation AWG (Arbitrary Waveform Generator) and DAQ products, building up prototype of Pulse IV generation/measurement module and integrating it with the parametric test system.
